No, the embroidery is 100% Rayon. We do not use polyester threads for embroidery. What is the width of the material?
The width is 50/52 inches. How many yards do you put in a package?
There are usually 5 yards in a package. Sometimes there are 15 yards in a package. Do you put stones on the materials?
Yes, there are 100 - 800 stones per yard for most designs. Do you also make hand cut holes?
Yes, we can make hand cut holes. Can you make my own designs for me?
Yes, we can make your own designs for you. You can also ask for your own colors. What is the minimum quantity to order?
30 yards per design per color. How long does it take to recieve the order?
It depends. Given the colors are available, it will take 2 - 3 weeks to produce. Of course it will take some days to deliver to you. It takes 3 - 10 days to send by air cargo / courier services, and 2 - 4 weeks or even longer to ship by sea. Please contact us for details. Shall I pay for the shipment charges?
Yes, our prices are offered based on EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on board) basis, unless otherwise stated clearly. But it saves money if you send the freight to us along with the payment. Do you also work on other products?
